ReturnsDue to the personalised nature of our products, we are not able to offerrefunds or accept returns/exchanges on any personalised products, unless theitem you receive is damaged or defective, or if there has been an error on ourbehalf. We provide our customers with various opportunities to check andconfirm all personalisation and inputted information. The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within14 days of delivery. Because of the fastturnaround, customers are advised that production for some personalisedproducts can begin immediately.
