Condition is New. We have sold 1000s of assorted different design heat transfers to vintage shops across the UK. And they have printed really well as long as correct heat and pressure is applied . But as with all vintage items that are up to 30 years old i cannot guarantee perfection at all times . For best results i would suggest they are printed with a proper heat transfer machine or get your local print shop to print them for you, They would look good just framed as well.Transfer are as new and unused but are sold loose not in sealed packets . Transfers have copyright of design. approx size of whole design is 17cmX20cm
